Welcome and thank you for choosing Posh Salon. Co-owners Michelle Ziegler and Christa DiOssi Rich opened Posh Salon on October 2, 2001. They have created an environment that is welcoming and encourages you to relax, focus on yourself, and feel your absolute best.

Michelle and Christa have dedicated their careers to making people look and feel beautiful in a salon in which they are welcomed with a smile and made to feel comfortable and indulgent. Our goal is for you to look and feel your best while at the salon and carry that confidence with you when you leave.
As co-owner of Posh Salon, Michelle takes pride in the salon she and Christa have worked so hard to establish. She will continue to work hard both behind the chair and as an owner, providing the best customer service to all of those who choose Posh.

Michelle is a devoted hairstylist with 16 years experience behind the chair. She specializes in hair color, which has always been her true passion, but also loves haircutting and updo styling. Her creativity has helped her build a solid and loyal clientele and for them she is truly grateful.
Michelle attends classes regularly throughout the year to keep up with current trends and products. She believes education is a huge part of our growing and ever-changing industry.

Christa Diossi Rich has been working in the beauty industry for over twenty years. She learned the proper application for Photography and Print work early in her career, and quickly gained the respect of both photographers and clients.

Her own professional line “DiOssi Cosmetics”, along with several other well named cosmetic lines, help to create flawless make up for her cliental and bridal parties.
Christa believes make up should enhance your best features and natural beauty. She loves to recommend the perfect formula for each client’s unique skin, and then teach the easy steps to apply it on their own.
Waxing is another way to look and feel your best. Christa is experienced in the gentle practice of all waxing services.

Z began her professional career in Los Angeles where she worked for 20 years in the entertainment industry. After moving to Wilmington in 2002 to attend the law school, she continued traveling to Los Angeles and working with her LA clients for another 10 years. Even though Z became a successful attorney, her love for doing hair remained. Z has been with Posh since 2010.
